Screen printing is the traditional method of textile printing and we can decorate large quantities of textiles at speeds of up to 700 pieces per hour. 99.5% of the garments you will find at retail are screen printed. We can print plastisol, waterbase and waterbase discharge ink sets on any type of garment or material you desire.
DTG printing is a newer digital printing technology that excels at short runs under 6 pieces or reproducing complex artwork with a high number of colors such as photographs, paintings and drawings without the setups required in screen printing.
Embroidery is thread and needle decoration typically applied to hats, jackets, dress shirts, work shirts and golf shirts. We offer both flat stitch embroidery and raised 3D puff embroidery typically found on baseball caps.
Promotional merchandise, promotional items, promotional products, product media, promotional gifts, or advertising gifts, sometimes nicknamed swag, are articles of merchandise (often branded with a logo or slogan) used in marketing and communication programs. They are given away to promote a company, corporate image, brand, or event at trade shows, conferences, and as part of guerrilla marketing campaigns.
Our customers benefit by procuring blank garments from us at prices well below retail list pricing. If you know which garment you need we can source it for you. Otherwise we will work with you to determine which garment is a good fit for your unique needs.
Merch Monster offers a variety of graphic design services centered around vectorization. Vectorization is typically used to clean up low-resolution images that are too pixelated for print, or to computerize a rough paper sketch and make it ready for printing. If you lost the original art file, only have a scan, or a rough idea of what you want, don’t worry! Our artwork team can make it ready for production.
Finishing is everything that happens after the primary decoration is applied to the garment.
We offer a variety of shipping services including UPS or USPS delivery for single shipments, palletizing for LTL freight carrier pickup, split shipments to multiple locations, and individual shipments for each garment to a single customer. However we do not currently provide 3PL fulfillment and warehouse services for ecommerce stores and merchants.
