● Contract, full-time
● $40/hr = $80k annual

What This Role Entails
You are directly responsible for managing the entire post-sale production process including:
● Proof approvals
● Procurement
● Purchase orders
● Production management
● Quality control
● Order and delivery logistics
● Issue resolution

Current volume of jobs is between 25 – 60 in-flight orders at any given time, with each order having a typical lifecycle of two to three weeks. The jobs are subcontracted to or purchased from various domestic and international decorators, mills, factories, suppliers, warehouses, etc based on geographic location or capabilities.

● They ensure that our vendors and partners deliver the project work on time, correctly, and to the approved specification
● They do all of the procurement and order logistics to ensure everything is in the right place at the right time
● They ensure our teams are on the same page
● They ensure that the clients are satisfied and happy with the work that is delivered
● They independently resolve  problems that occur in an amicable manner

● Strong knowledge of all products, decoration types, processes: screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, 4 color process, pad printing, promotional products
● Organized, detail oriented, on time a must. Failure in this area is a non-starter
● Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent workflows, vendors and project timelines
● Ensure on-time delivery and perform on-site vendor visits to ensure quality standards are adhered to
● Manage various art resources and virtual assistants
● Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office and Google Suite
● Must be able to type 50 WPM minimum and good with computers
● 10+ years production experience desired. 5+ will be considered
